I dunno where they get the info he's Indian. There are Indians serving that is for sure, but that specific guy. Could be anywhere from the region, or even Arab.
But the interesting thing isn't his ethnicity, but the fact that they kill basically everyone no matter if he tries to surrender, and/or wounded, and/or has no weapon. Which is a war crime.

As far as the NAFOs go, despite these are recorded evidence of war crimes, they aren't as outraged when the Russian side committed those (be it real, alleged, or made up entirely).
