I wouldn't mind living here..
Problem is it's right in the middle of a Mining district - all the houses in the area except for a handful of freehold-owneds were bought up by the mines and rented out to their workers.

This set of photos: somewhere in Tassie my tent became a boat after it rained 150mm in two hours.
