It ends with a happy ending and Michael Douglas is the hero after acting a bit like a dick towards the heroine.  I'd give it four out of five sinster emotionless valkyrie looking nurses. It isses out because there were only lame stunts and the CGI was a bit lacking. Top Kek the baddie assassing getting dog piled by cadavers hanging on hooks tho. That was kino.
