It sounds like IGAy has a VPN service and is doing  mobile phone IP cycling. If you could permaban his VPN IP's that'd be legit. Permabanning the mobile phone IP might catch some legit NEETs.

Thanks for actually doing something shibs. personally I think we should go to ID posting on ausneets. It'd cancel some of the funny stuff like Danposting and posting as the mong in some other neets bad home story, but this board is cooked anyway.
