Nah I just use mint with ALSA actually configured properly and since LM22 pipewire has become a thing which mean Hires Bluetooth and all the new fancy BT codecs actually work and play along nicely.

Nigga Xorg is a 40 year old network display technology. I have been hyped for wayland for like 15 years and somehow autist distros like arch and fedora were the first to get it. Even fucking KDE got it and finally it’s filtered down the  Ubuntu universe to cinnamon where it’s experimental. Works great on my Mac air, anything with NVIDIA cards/drivers is fully gimped. FFS. Might even get a cheap intel graphics card just for wayland. 

If you ask why ? It’s because wayland has HDR support while Xorg does not. That’s a big deal to me. Finally having my cake and eating it
