really has not been on my mind until now ill do some digging

my nuro-puter does have a few hot takes. All arguments in this case are pretty hard to grasp without going back to first principles.

this whole sovereign citizen thing goes back to admiralty law. when you are born there is you and coporation that gets created in your name. Whenever you deal with the state or it deals with you THEY SEND YOU LETTERS WITH YOUR NAME IN CAPITAL LETTERS. They are not dealing with you as a person but the corporate entity they created to have power of you.

Proceduraly they are denouncing admiraly law and forcing the state to deal with them under common law that gives the Defendant more power and even the right to sequester persons behaving unlawfully under common law.

How you go from that loophole commonly used to evade speeding fines to arresting a representative of the crown would probably warrant a doctorate of law and crack pipe.
