It was hot and windy as hell yesterday, weird H.A.A.R.P. effects again. Disgusting gusty rain today but a fine afternoon for a drive with the window down. Dole day no probs and I still got pocket money for new gumboots coming in the mail. That wood I snigged deep in the wet forest turned out to be utterly fucked with cracks and worms and too weak to work, but I had some Leptospernum, Iron hard and seasoned under the house that will do for what I want to make.
