The Return of the Living Dead (1985) was a fun low-budget indie film to watch.

George A. Romero had nothing to do with this one, it was Dan O'Bannon who directed it. The story takes place in the 1980s when two employees in a military storage facility accidentally damage a container containing an unknown bio-weapon. That bio-weapon is a gas that when breathed turns people into flesh eating zombies and like the other Living Dead series, once you are bitten by a zombie you too become infected.
