Making a fanbase

So you've practiced a ton, played at a few local bars and have gathered a small but loyal fanbase

Now it's time for the interesting part: being a memorable act

Think of yourself as an artist presenting in an exhibit. And every artist has their own style. But that comes after you get really good at playing music though. Don't put one thing after the other

I listed around 4 different musicians and bands right now. Each of them has a distinct and unique style. Which is what you should be aiming for if you eventually. Try to study them, or bands you like and try to figure out what you like about them. Because most of your fans will be really interested in who you are if you stand out from everyone.

Best advice after you become good would be to play in nearby bars and cover/open for bigger bands. Just start somewhere when you become really good at it.

That's all for now. Making final post about record deal later.
