Audiences chose less than 5 second content. How uninteresting it is to be shown so many small ideas in a short timeframe you aren’t able to process them. They want you to emotionally react to it. It’s not a 2-way communication medium anymore. Whatever is happening is robbing space of normal thought process. Prior we’d read an actual article or appreciate art some made. What is shared now is crude cartoons, cute animals fights, car crashes, narrations that tell you want to think. I’ve seen a lot of non-sequitar content, generated by dummies. There are lots of people who believe they’ve gained something by going toward this type of content and believe in “the algorithm”. They may not even understand what an algorithm means. It’s a dystopia. I have to conclude the people who do not consume any traditional media are not full human. What could someone have to say (that’s interesting)?after watching 3 hours of clips or cartoon memes?
