One other big problem you have yet to address with your theory is runaway government. Runaway government is what we have today and it is just as dangerous as anarchy or any tyranny. Runaway government is when a government grows unsustainable, creates massive national debt to prop up endless bureaucracy and begins to bankrupt the entire nation by doing so, devaluing the currency, creating price inflation, wasting resources, starting unnecessary wars, abusing authority (corruption), destroying public trust, etc.

Perhaps government expenditure should be limited to how much they can actually tax people, and taxation would absolutely have limits and people would vote on those limitations every year to curb abuse, corruption and mismanagement.
