Most of what you desire was granted and protected under US Constitutional Law but over the decades that has been eroded, abandoned, forgotten and ignored by corrupt government, politicians and institutions. Until Congress stops spending Trillions on bloated government, cuts back all the wasteful spending and solves the massive national debt insolvency crisis nothing will ever get fixed and the nation is doomed to become communist sadly.

By the way, if only land owners could vote we would not have communism today, city dwellers would hold virtually no voting power what-so-ever. Could you imagine the country if only rural America had the voting power? Chicago would not rule Illinois. Portland would not rule Oregon. That's what our Founding Fathers intended only allowing people with private property to vote. No one would willingly vote their farms away or vote to be taxed into oblivion or vote to give handouts to illegal aliens or anything else the communists in the cities always vote for.
