The last good talk shows in America were David Letterman and Johnny Carson. Modern ones suck, too political, too bias, not really even funny. Thus the reason I choose not to pay for TV service anymore. I have dvd box sets and digital collections of all my old favorite classic tv shows mostly 50s through 80s era stuff.
