i guess you don't know the idea behind juice fasting and why it is done. if i was you and i wanted to learn about it, this dude has done a good job in creating a simple approach. i attached the first two parts taken from his 2023 video:

i've listened to almost all his stuff and the dude tries to get you to pay to be part of his fasting group and plays cringe music but other then that i think his information is spot on. as far as i am aware nobody has condensed this knowledge in such an approachable way, i would have loved to see this video 8 years ago and start with this.

the plan was to do the strict juicefast he is recommending but i guess i am doing it in my own way after all, easing into it the way i see fit which might not be as straight-forward and to the point as his method.

today is day 4 and i feel great and i did not drink enough juice today and everything smelled delicious where i was today but i remained tough guy and drank tea and coffee until i got home where i drank a big juice made from pineapple, grapes, ginger, cucumber and oranges.

since i still have bananas left over i make juice and blend 2 bananas into it. technically not a juice but i am easing into it. i did a very strict one not too long ago, it will be interesting to see if easing into it with banana will delay any effects i am feeling, which i don't mind. i am not aiming for perfection this time. i did that last time. last time was perfection.
