25 watts is not that much power. Hear me out. With a 2TB magnetic laptop drive costing around $120 today you could load that laptop full of e-books and compatibility software to use them even when completely offline. You could run that kind of cheap refurbished laptop off any 12V battery and cheap 250W inverter for 24 hours before having to recharge the 12V battery. The 12V battery will cost you more than a power inverter, get a solar trickle charger for it and you can charge the 12V battery with sunlight. If you have 2x 12 batteries you can rotate them, charging one and using the other in the meantime. That's what I'd consider doing if I were you.
