Are you trying to use I2P system on phone? Dude this system is for PC or laptops not for phones, if you want use this web site, you have tor opitions, i using now and don't have problems here.

In other news, water is wet.

Install the latest I2P Android APK from the official I2P website & Privacy Browser by stoutner from F-Droid. This browser is works best with I2P as far as I tested it.

Open I2P and start it by long pressing the button. After the tunnel turns green, open Privacy Browser, go to settings and search for proxy options and just select I2P. (Make sure to disable JavaScript)
