There are several rules that minimize waste:
1) do not interfere with stimulants, coffee, nootropics, energy, all this accelerates not weakly, but then the nerves play.
2) at the exit will want to sleep - do not suppress this desire and pass out for at least half an hour.
3) do not catch up, do not use the next day, otherwise there is a sleep disturbance.
4) carefully with the grass, overheating may occur, it seems that such a combo causes problems with thermoregulation.
And so in general, of course, quite a nice thing, with grass in general, as if it wraps in a warm lamp plaid.
