I still believe it was a template. Since you can pick whatever image you want in the background (ie: the swing) and just position it in a way that it hangs from the still image.

Perhaps not a DIRECT template, but more of a tutorial of the double exposure effect + the drop of ink effect. Not to discredit the editor or anything.
