I don't know much about them, so correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've heard they're edgy memesters on Instagram, discord, and (previously) /bbg/ that edit Bonbi with Nazi imagery.
They made her uncomfortable during the instagram nico stream. They haven't been relevant since.
That's basically it. It's a short-lived meme from 2019. It's not a conspiracy of evil Nazis to turn her into a FtM transsexual. That's absurd.
