In fairness I can understand emiru's perspective, as I'm sure she's been on the shitty end of the internet's attention for some time. She probably just assumes it's some overblown fan drama being dumped suddenly on her doorstep with the expectation she's supposed to somehow do something about it.
Having experienced the whole shitshow over the past year, obviously we've had longer to learn more about what's actually been going on, but it would be unrealistic (and kindof unfair) to expect her to sort this unmitigated disaster out.
