This is just an example of a file from the instagram server with a resolution of 1440. When using python, you must be logged in, since Instagram updated a year ago.
And the fact that an allegedly transnational corporation uses upscale sounds stupid. why? In my opinion, these photos are 98% identical, they just have different resolutions. Simple and logical Instagram technology. And it's definitely not an upscale. My choice is definitely for 1440
