> Rangel failed to correctly file his whereabouts information three times in one year and will now face penalties. In accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code (Code) and the UCI Anti-Doping Rules (UCI ADR), the suspension runs from August 27, 2025, to April 26, 2027.
> The rider does not appear to be appealing his sentence. "The matter has been resolved by accepting the consequences," a press release reads.
