Lots of jam, bread, juice, white rice, pasta. For example yesterday I did a 5h ride, so I ate:
Breakfast: 150g oats, 100g raspberry jam, 200g white bread
During ride: 400g sugar
Lunch: 300g white rice, 1l chocolate milk, 300g tofu with about 500g vegetables
Then in the evening some veg lentil curry, white rice, lots of cornflakes with milk etc.
Had about 7000kcal all in all, some 1200g of carbs.
