I tried a new hydration strategy today - basically drinking twice as much as usual, to around 1.5l per hour, made me first sugar flask and added around 1g of salt per hour. complete game changer! I felt like I had infinite power on the climbs (got PRs on all climbs except one), sweated less, and next to zero fatigue. after this torty egg ride I actually feel fresh and could easily add another torty eggs to me basket
