When our kid was born bertina wanted me to stop going to the grocery store and just use delivery as we had so little free time and using it for doing groceries seemed wasteful. But I didn't want to, like you I wanted to pick and choose the individual groceries. Now that the kid is older I always go shopping with her since she likes to explore the store and talk about everything she sees. And these days bertina even likes it since it's 1h more free time for her when the kid and I are there, hehe.

Very good bert! I think this is the case for most everyone. Every bert ITT should do simple hydration testing: weigh yourself before the ride, then after the ride, and account for the water drunk during riding. When I started testing I quickly realised I need way more water than I thought, even during leisurely 1h recovery rides I was sweating around 0.8l per hour, and much much more during threshold efforts. On long rides these days I use two 1l bottles on my frame and a 2l hydration backpack, and I am refilling all of that after around 3h.
