Its a city in Galicia.
Pretty much like Brittany in France its the very north west of Spain, both of Celtic origins. 
And just like Brittany it has a very particular micro climate, Coruña  (or La corogne in french ) never gets too hot in summer ( you won't get past 25 degrees ) and in winter it never gets too cold ( never below 5 ), also unlike most of spain you get a decent amount of rain, making the region pretty green and being home to the Galician beef which is really, really tasty.
