Ok after mucho mucho iteration i think the veloteam is complete.
Not terribly happy with how it looks like but george was a bit of a dick this year to be honest. 

Made some shitty point simulation but after like 10 minutes i realized i didn't want to be a schizo and just went with feelings instead.

One of my calculation was : 
Is Gall+Bauhaus+Assist dude > than Martin/Meeus/Romeo And a few other scenarios but its like really annoying and you have to make good/bad scenarios.
