Yes, this is what I was thinking too, if this can just live on its own with no maintenance from the founding Bernd (I think, who else would have setup a Bayern flag) this will be a top sekrit bert lair, drilled in the mountain with all the amenities needed to survive all but biggest of crises.
For now it is still open but soon we're changing our team names Bert and it is invitational only, with very few invitations available.
