I got a Goretex shakedry race jacket. Probably the best bit of kit I own. It's so good, and fits in a back pocket. Unfortunately they don't make it anymore. Extremely unhelpful answer, soz. Overshoes I have some crap ones that keep me sorta-dry for half an hour, then get very wet. It feels like a losing battle by design considering the massive holes you need to have in overshoes. The real solution for Those Days is probably waterproof shoes, but that feels like a bit much. Haven't really considered bibs, I suppose my winter bibs have some rain protection but don't think it amounts to much. Mostly I'll avoid rain like the plague when it's cold, and in normal weather, wet legs aren't a big deal.
