Vin for sure. German wine super underrated internationally. Then we bounce back to bier in Belgium, then should be wine for the rest of the year.
But I do need to source some reasonably priced Chinese wine, because all I can find in US is literally $300/btl and has shit reviews.

local czech restaurant actually has a collection of Czech wines by the glass. Maybe worthwhile.
