kek, (habs?)bert finally getting the right idea. considering 8kun, some alt-chan backstory. they used to have an active /sp/orts board on old 8chan, but they moved away after the whole migration to a new board engine failed. /sp/ was the guineapig for that operation. they moved first to this site, but then to 76chan that adopted the url one of the regular posters and is still active as sportschan.org. but they are more geared to baseball and american football and spend most of their time discussing news and politics. they don't have flags, which I think is essential for /cyc/.
