Thanks bossman, it is a simple lesco as you described it.
Paprika - only the yellow pointy one, smoked bacon and roma tomatoes.
The onions were sliced, not chopped fine, I was too lazy that day.
The spices are exactly salt, pepper, ground bell pepper but with extra cayenne pepper for some heat.
It did go with bread too.
Don't know why it came out so watery, usually it looks way more like your first photo. Perhaps discarding the tomato seeds and all the water that is inside it would be in order, perhaps we are already getting greenhouse shitty tomatoes instead of the good, summer ones.

Besides that, for me it is bogracs.
