How was your ride/rape today berts? For me it was 7x3min vo2max. I would like to do these on a hill but there is only one 1min hill nearby, so I compromised – first 2min on the flat, then a sharp right turn (power drop for 5s, unavoidable) and then smash the 1min hill. Felt pretty good, much easier to hold decent power compared to the flat. For some reason I find the trainer easier for vo2max than flat roads, but then hills are easier than the rape machine.
