So you basically did 2x25min at threshold? Very good workout, that's tough especially if you haven't trained that much in recent times. I'd do some intensity in the warm up though, like 3min at 300W+ before a 10min easy spin. Makes the intense work later on much easier.
For me it was 1h30min of heat training to start the day properly. Also starting to tinker with my fit on the bike again, switching to a 2cm longer stem and moving the saddle 2cm forward felt pretty nice today.
