The final BIG event of the year is starting tomorrow: the 59th edition of the Vuelta Ciclista Internacional a Costa Rica!
It looks like it will be a battle between the local teams 7C - Economy - Hyundai and Colono Bikestation Kölbi and the Ecuadorians Movistar Best PC. 
The big names include defending champ Luis Daniel Oses, former conti star Kevin Rivera, other local Tico heroes like Daniel Bonilla, Sergio Arias, Pablo Mudarra, Alejandro Granados, Joseph Ramirez as well as continental heavyweights like Santiago Montenegro, Richard Huera and Byron Guamá. Other international superstars include Cormac McGeough, Kenny Nijssen and a certain Quintana. 

The route includes a 17 km mountain ITT and two stages featuring the mythical Cerro de la Muerte, stunning images are sure to be had!
