A week of writing down what I eat and drink is behind me and the results are grim.
On average, my RDI is:
> 60% protein
> 120% carbs if I drink sweeted drinks
> 80% carbs if I don't
> 100% fats
> 60% fiber
> 100% calories if i dont ride
> 70% calories if i do ride
keep in mind it might be inaccurate
and all this doesn't take into account the goal is set to lower weight by (that makes the numbers worse, like 15% extra worse)

thanks for setting me up on better track berts, i will definitely improve all of this in the coming weeks
