I have inadvertently slipped into a low carb diet, didn't feel like going for buns in the morning, just ate a big scrambled egsh + whatever veggie I felt like throwing into it + cheese + ham and I am keeping it.
Dinners will now also be going without carb kcal bloaters.
Pasta will still be on the menu, even just because I have to eat it before it goes bad, but pasta is also one of the easier stuff to make when grug want eat but not what eat, easy to keep it light.
Oh, and booze should be done for, but we will see in two weeks.
100kg or less before I am forty here I come, although I will be fine with a 102kg as well.
