just bread and watter innit all of these efforts are done standing at sub 70 rpm except for sprints. Somehow these watts don't seem to be winning much though. One win over 5 seasons in an off brand race with 36 starters, I think my local gravel kreisliga gets that many starters on our best days. 
Dope can only get you so far but hey at least the watts are making international media headlines
