Anyways I've just watched/ listened to a podcast with Domen Novak. 
Very interesting stuff. Apparently there are loads of guys on UAE that put out insane numbers in training(almeida, Christen) but can't seem to reproduce them in races.
The core of the team is apparently very tight.
Soler is the funniest guy on the team.
Ayuso was cancer.
Wellens call out most of the team tactics.
Pablo Torres is a weak mind. 
Most of the pedalton jobbers are on a similar level but the main thing holding them back is their head.
