there's some new-ish groupset from TRP that integrates the classified hub with some shimano style shifters and derailleur, it basically gives you 1x16 or so with a 12 speed cassette 
but again the efficiency loss is too great, if you paypig expensive gear you want to tryhard for speed and losing a bunch of watts anytime you're riding a gradient over 5% defies all reason
