My dad has a rare disease and spends hours a month fighting medical insurance for stuff they already paid back in the past. Every time they try again asking for the same papers making the same bogus arguments only to comply after a while and the we do it all over again.
I wonder how many people give up we the thought it's only x00 euros it's not worth it.
