my bike is bertaceking, there's something wrong with the shifting. It skips the 12t cog for some reason and in both directions, it goes 13t -> 11t and 11t -> 13t and the shift from 14t to 13t is also a bit delayed. What the hell is that how do I even go about diagnosing what's going on here
