i only heard of this yesterday and saw a lawyer go over the case details. apparently there is a technicality where she can still get away with what she said. the burden of proof is on mizkif to prove what she said is false which is difficult. details emerge that he threw himself at her and she freaked out. i for sure thought they were fucking for a while.
