>>/159/ I have seen the free school lunch program first hand. Lots of kids who come in with their free lunch tickets have plenty of spending money to buy soda pop & chips. And they are wearing expensive clothes & jewelry. And more of the free food ends up in the garbage cans than what is actually consumed.
