It's been a while since I was called a heretic…
What's wrong… Do the Gnostic Gospels not jive with the bullshit rewrites of the bible over centuries to control the ignorant masses?

Mac address ties to a specific device Network card. IP address becomes irrelevant if the MAC address is what's key'd on. You can post from any IP address in the world (any VPN, or say… TOR?) and if your device's MAC Address has been specifically logged for authorization… Then the IP address would be irrelevant…
How else can you verify device identity amidst a VPN and/or IP hop?
You can hop ALL the IP's you want… but if your MAC is tagged… well… there's ways around that too.
Not saying I'm wearing any hat or in any investigation… I just know things. Theoretical concepts are fascinating. If I can think of it, someone else has already done it.
