>>/60/ Exactly that. Once you load a few rounds into the magazine the feed lips start to get pushed outwards by the spring pressure. The design I was using has 1.5mm thick walls for the front and back of the lip and 2mm on the sides which is about as thick as I could get them while still being able to fit the magazine in the magwell. The bolt hold open cutout also doesn't help with structural rigidity.
