From substances begins to climb out everything that got out, but these are the same fragmentary memories without reference to time.
Just because in the brain, in principle, everything is fragmentary, and is tied to emotions and images, and the concept of time is formed only from an understanding of the sequence of actions taking place, there are no stamps with a date as in the database there.
A good way to remember something is to drive yourself into an unusual emotional state, or to dig into old things, or to walk around the city or other places, without thinking about anything else, trying to free your head from all that is necessary. Then the association will be broken.
I'm not sure about the three-year threshold, maybe. I have memories clearly from a very early age, but maybe I was 4 or 5 already.
Oh, about the substances. Only psychedelics and to some extent hemp work. The rest is useless. And you need to tune in exactly to immersion in memories, in itself it can take you in a completely different direction.

No, well, I remember shitting on the pot and Mommy washing her ass, lol. But these are just isolated moments, with no dates or details.
