溺水会有刺激，而且溺水原理本身也是窒息，不如仔细阅读Five Last Acts中的Compression方法
我也正在阅读，还没读完，感觉有点靠谱，而且真走投无路时也不在乎是否脑损伤了
不过书中说了，这个方法不适合cry for help（我理解成博取同情？）
