Democracy doesn't guarantee any quality, it's about what the majority wants, but the majority (quantity) could be wrong.
When a large group agree on something (unanimity), could be a step forward, but there is no way to know that with only that information, even if the large group is composed only with very smart people.
We are a small group right now, but far better than most groups. We are not in a hurry to expand exponentially.
