Human life can be extended with some tips, like:
-To have a thin body, instead of a fat body.
-Without stress, always calm and happy.
But to reach immortality is necessary some transcendental/transhumanist changes in the human body, like the change of the DNA of every cell.
Our ultimate goal is to be a eternal system that have the best physical dynamics at deepest level of existence (absolute control of the base control of real reality).
